Konrad Kochaniewicz

Dr. Sylwia Figahs — Owner, Plaso

"It’s my absolute pleasure to recommend Konrad Kochaniewicz and his company Aderner Projects Studio. He worked with us at Plaso as a WWW sites and applications developer, data analyst, and digital specialist in the field of Google Ads and Amazon Ads. His knowledge of informatics sciences and expertise in web development was a huge advantage to our entire office. During his time on my team, he managed to create a Plaso program for automating campaigns on Amazon. Along with his undeniable talent, Konrad has always been an absolute joy to work with. He is a true team player, and always manages to foster positive discussions. And bring the best out of other employees. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Konrad"

Piquant — Company, Piquant

"Konrad worked mostly remotely, but he stayed well-connected with the team. Konrad worked primarily on support and maintenance for Drupal and WordPress projects. He is self-driven and handles his tasks with minimal oversight, while remaining easy to reach whenever something urgent pops up or quick alignment is needed. He built good relationships with both our internal team and clients. Konrad took the time to understand the business logic and actual goals behind each request, instead of just blindly clearing tickets. Technically, he is a solid full-stack developer who handles both frontend and backend work comfortably. He adapts quickly to new tech stacks and is always willing to step in to cover for teammates when needed to keep projects moving forward. On top of that, he writes clean, well-documented code that is easy for other developers to pick up and maintain. Konrad would be a strong addition to any engineering team"
